i greatly value your privacy. FairlyArt is run solely by Kathy Tiernan Iin Limerick, Ireland. You can contact me through this site or by mobile. This website is built using a Squarespace platform and it may use cookies and analytics to ensure you have a pleasant and easy journey through the buying process. As the site owner, I review numbers like how many users checked in, how long they stayed and the general location of the viewer, although I don’t have access to exact details or your name and email address unless you purchase work and it is necessary for the completion of a sale. I will never pass on your information to a third party and thank you for visiting my site.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

The secure payment method on FairlyArt uses Stripe, accepting debit and credit card payments in euro.

When you buy goods online, or over the phone, you have 14 days from the date you receive the goods to notify Fairlyart that you want to cancel – except on commissioned work which has been designed and painted with your input and agreement as this is not saleable to anybody else. After you notify the business that you are cancelling, you have a further 14 days to return the goods to them. During this time, you are responsible for keeping the goods you bought safe and in good condition.  The cost of return on the product is the responsibility of the buyer. FairlyArt will refund you within 14 days of cancelling your order, it may hold this refund until you have returned the products in good condition and in the original packaging. On the sale of an artwork, while the ownership of the piece passes to the purchaser, the artist by law retains the copyright. This means that should you ever wish to reproduce the work; permission would be needed. This site and its content is protected by copyright laws, any commercial use by third parties is prohibited.

SHIPPING INFO

There’s a 5 euro cost for shipping in Ireland. Available artwork will normally ship on the next working day via the postal system. From time to time, larger work may ship rolled in a tube but this will be agreed in advance with the customer and only in exceptional circumstances.

Prices are shown in Euro.  Any import duty, tax due at the time of delivery on International orders is the sole responsibility of the receiving customer.

While every effort is made to ensure the artwork arrives at your door in wonderful condition, if you have any issues with quality please don’t hesitate to contact me for credit/full refund or replacement.

In the event of any disputes regarding the above, please note that Irish law will govern the use of this site.
